At Skilligy, we understand plans change and encourage students and hosts to work out schedules that work great for everyone. We only have one rule: your host needs 24 hours notice if you want to make any changes to your schedule. Please give your host at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a single lesson. Forgetting to do so may result in the lesson being marked as missed when your host marks attendance. Missed lessons cannot be rescheduled, which means payments for missed lessons are not reusable, refundable, or transferable. We also encourage you to chat with your host if you need to take a longer period of absence from lessons. You can cancel and reschedule lessons through your Skilligy My booking, anytime up to 24 hours before your lesson. If you need to cancel your session, please let your host know as well as contact Skilligys directly at least 24 hours before your next lesson to ensure any refund includes all the lessons you're expecting. Lessons that are less than 24 hours away are non-refundable.
As a host if you have to really cancel your session then you can let us know by cancelling your session in the
my booking. This will send a notification to our support staff who will work with you with all our resource to
support you to take the classes. If there is no way then we will go ahead and cancel your session and try to
accommodate the seekers with similar class elsewhere. If you have to cancel your session, please let us know
at least 24 hours before to ensure all the seekers are informed appropriately and refunds are arranged. If you
fail to let us know within 24 hours then you may be penalised from your existing credit or your account may be
