To help in operations and grow - Skilligy marketplace, a minimum service fee would be charged to host of the event. So enjoy and share with others.
If you do any work on Skilligy that requires a licence, it’s important that you have the right licences and qualifications. Different states in Australia have different licences/qualifications and it’s important to know what type of qualification is required.

Please note, when completing event/tasks needing a licence, you must always carry your valid licence with you at all times.

When you decide to cancel the session you booked in Skilligy.com, the host will receive a request to accept the cancellation. If they do not take any action on the request within 48 hours it will be automatically accepted.

Once the cancellation is accepted your payment may be returned as Skilligy Credit by the end of the next business day. You will be able to use this right away for your next session and you need not wait for the bank to return your funds.

If you would rather have your payment returned to your account, please let us know simply respond to the cancellation email or email us with the session URL at info@skilligy.com
Once the seeker has released the funds into your account please allow 1-3 business days for the funds to reach your registered bank account.
Once you complete the session, there are a couple more steps to finalising the deal.

If you’re the host:
You need to request the payment by selecting Request payment. This lets the seeker/learner know you’re ready to move forward.

If you’re the seeker/learner:
Once the host has requested payment you’ll be prompted to select Release payment. Payment will then be securely transferred and you’re free to leave a review on the event for each other.
Reviews help people trust in our community by creating an easy, honest and reliable way for members to know what to expect from others. Whether you’ve posted a session or you’ve completed one, telling us how it went honestly and fairly gives a great guide for the community.

As soon as the event is completed, each person has 14 days to leave a review. If both reviews are left within the 14 day period, we’ll publish them straight away.
